Do you spend so much time caring for others that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to care for yourself? Maybe you’re feeling burned out, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from the work you once found meaningful. You may be carrying the weight of difficult experiences at work, compassion fatigue, workplace stress, or the pressure of constantly being there for others.
As a Registered Nurse & Psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience in healthcare and mental health, I understand the unique demands that come with caring for others. Healthcare professionals and caregivers are often expected to keep going, even when they’re running on empty. Therapy can provide a space where you don’t have to be the caregiver — you can simply be you.
I support healthcare professionals and caregivers navigating burnout, compassion fatigue, workplace trauma, anxiety, stress, boundaries, and emotional exhaustion. Together, we can explore what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with yourself, and find healthier ways to care for others without losing yourself in the process.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, holistic, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, and where your experiences are met with curiosity, understanding, and respect.
Drawing from approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based approaches, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and somatic therapy, I tailor our work to your unique needs and goals.
My background as a Registered Nurse also shapes the way I understand mental health. I take a whole-person perspective, recognizing the connection between our emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Together, we can explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical tools for navigating difficult moments, and build a deeper understanding of yourself.
Therapy doesn't have to be about becoming a different person. It can be about feeling more connected to who you are, understanding what matters to you, and developing the confidence and tools to move through life in a way that feels more authentic and meaningful.

Outside of therapy, I’m someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and finding joy in the everyday moments. I love hiking, going to concerts, having movie nights, and spending quality time with family and friends.
I value genuine conversations, a little laughter, and the opportunity to connect with people on a deeper level. I believe that therapy can hold space for the difficult things while still making room for warmth, humanity, and even moments of humour.
My goal is to bring that same authenticity into the therapy room. While my therapist role is to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore what matters most to you, the human side of me simply enjoys getting to know the person sitting across from me.
