My path to becoming a therapist began long before my formal training. I grew up navigating ADHD, OCD, anxiety, and the complex layers of intergenerational and relational trauma. I have also walked through the profound grief of pregnancy loss. These experiences shaped not only how I understand the world, but also how I show up for others. I know what it feels like to sit in a therapy room hoping for relief, clarity, and connection, and I was fortunate to work with some incredible therapists who helped guide me back to myself. Their presence inspired me to step into this work with intention, compassion, and a belief in each person’s capacity for healing. As a German and Métis therapist, I honour the intersections of identity, ancestry, and lived experience in the work I do. Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me hiking with my dog, travelling, or immersed in a creative project that brings joy and balance into my life.

I specialize in supporting teens and adults who are navigating the effects of trauma, including childhood wounds, narcissistic abuse, sexual assault, forced hospitalization/medical trauma, and abusive relationships. Many of my clients struggle with emotional regulation, boundaries, perfectionism, and a deep sense of not feeling “enough.” In therapy, we focus on helping you reconnect with your body, build emotional safety, and create meaningful change that lasts. My approach integrates trauma-informed, somatic, and attachment-based practices—always centered around your unique story and strengths.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and am registered with the CRPO. My additional training includes EMDR, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Narcissistic Recovery, DBT, Gottman Method, and Indigenous Healing Methods: Mending Broken Hearts.
