MACP, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Do you find yourself stuck in the same relationship patterns, wondering why connection feels so difficult? Maybe you and your partner keep having the same arguments without feeling truly heard, trust has been broken through infidelity or past hurts, or conflict has created distance instead of closeness. You may find yourself questioning why these patterns keep repeating, despite your best efforts to change them.
For many people, these patterns didn't begin in their current relationship. Past trauma, childhood experiences, or previous relationships can shape the way we communicate, connect, and protect ourselves. You might notice yourself shutting down during conflict, becoming highly anxious when there is distance, overthinking interactions, or feeling disconnected from your emotions altogether. These protective patterns once helped you survive, but they may now be keeping you from the closeness and connection you want.
I provide virtual therapy across Canada for adults and couples seeking support with trauma, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, infidelity, codependency, attachment patterns, life transitions, identity concerns, stress management, and self-esteem. I offer services in both English and Farsi.

My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that every emotion has a purpose. Rather than focusing on fixing what's "broken," I help clients reconnect with the parts of themselves that have been buried, protected, or forgotten. Drawing from Narrative Therapy, Relational Life Therapy (RLT), and Gottman-informed principles, I support clients in developing deeper self-understanding, emotional clarity, and more fulfilling relationships. My goal is to help you build self-trust, strengthen your resilience, and create a life that feels more authentic and connected.

I’ve travelled extensively on a solo basis, which has deepened my understanding of both myself and the human experience, including immersive stays such as living with monks in the mountains of Japan!
