TAYLOR DAVIS
MACP, RP (Qualifying) #21795
You may understand your emotions and patterns deeply, yet still feel stuck in the same cycles, Or maybe you feel disconnected from yourself altogether, numb, avoidant, or unsure how to access what you’re feeling beneath the surface. Either way it can show up as anxiety, stress, burnout, low motivation, difficulty in relationships, or feeling lost during life transitions.
My approach is grounded in helping you reconnect with yourself in a way that goes beyond just “figuring it out” intellectually. Using somatic and IFS-informed therapy, we explore the connection between mind and body so you can better understand your internal experience, process what’s been difficult to carry, and create meaningful change in your life and relationships.
I strive to create a space that feels genuine, collaborative and human. Where you don’t have to perform, have the right words, or arrive as a “perfect” version of yourself. Whether you tend to live in your head or feel disconnected from your emotions, therapy can help you move forward feeling more grounded, connected, and engaged in your life.
Approach
My approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, attachment-based, and mindfulness-based approaches to support healing. I support individuals navigating anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, and challenges related to identity, relationships, and life transitions, including clients from BIPOC communities and diverse cultural backgrounds. My approach is trauma-informed and culturally responsive, with an emphasis on helping clients move beyond intellectual understanding and toward deeper emotional processing and self-connection.
